This applies whether or not you are selected for any opportunities, roles, or casting calls.
2. No Refunds for Cancellation or Inactivity
If you choose to cancel and inactive your subscription or stop using the service, no partial refunds will be issued.
Non-usage of the platform does not qualify for a refund.
3. No Refunds for Digital Services
As our platform provides digital exposure and opportunities, once a service is delivered or activated, it cannot be undone, and hence refunds will not be entertained.
4. Beware of Third-Party Payments
We are not responsible for any payments made outside the platform (to casting agents, coordinators, etc.).
Never pay individuals directly claiming to offer opportunities via our site.
